Function description.

In this role you perform setting up projects - A to Z - independently:

-       Setting up first meeting with client and maintaining an open and continuous communication to ensure an excellent understanding of our clients needs 
-       Developing scripting
-       Preparing implementation of Software
-       Coaching and training the agents
-       Setting up and preparing reports for clients
-       Taking full ownership for improvement projects to reach the targets set for the department
-       Improve and develop systems and continuously look to streamline the processes
-       Maintaining relation/communication with clients
-       Co-ordinate meetings with client visitors
-       Limited travelling will be required


Youre Profile


-       Fluent Dutch and French with excellent written and oral communication skills / Good English
-       Proven experience in call center - external clients:
1.     as a Telesales Agent (outbound projects)
2.     as a Team Coach (supervision - min 10 agents, coaching, structural monitoring, reporting)
3.     as a Project Responsible (making offers and setting up projects for external clients: to plan, implement, act, deliver results and follow-up) 
-       Computer literacy - Word, Excel and PowerPoint  

To be successful in this role and to meet the high expectations of our clients you are self-motivated/self-starter, you have a proactive personality and a can-do and hands-on attitude.
